Potato Planting

We got our potatoes in yesterday.  44 rows of red, yellow, white and a few all blue potatoes.  That was a bit of work.

Lucas re-made the box on the potato planter.  We didn't get it completely painted before it was time to plant, but it will end up being John Deere yellow.  It worked great and we could get far more seed potatoes in it than in the old one. 

Then Paul went over it all with a drag, in case it rained overnight.  The water could wash down through the rows otherwise.
